Tell All My Secrets To

from A Matter of Time by Up in the Air

/

about

A soulful tune that has a Sam Cooke feel to it until the electric guitar all of a sudden takes it on a Pink Floyd flavored turn. Emy's outstanding performance really delivers this song straight to the heart. One of my favorite songs on the new album and very fun to play at live shows.

lyrics

Tell All My Secrets To
By John Beccia

You left me so lonely’ .......you left me so blue
And you were the only one I could talk to

Now what have I become
Now that I’ve got no one
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to

You left me here cryin’ .......for something I lack
Now I am tryin’, tryin’ to get it back

Now what have I become
Now that I’ve got no one
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to

I thought I was clever.......but what did I know
I should have never, ever let you go
Now what have I become
Now that I’ve got no one
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to

How can I go on now.......just living each day
I didn’t know that you’d really go away
Now what have I become
Now that I’ve got no one
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to

I’m feelin’ so hollow.......as low as can be
Nobody can follow the love you gave to me
Now what have I become
Now that I’ve got no one
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to
To tell all my secrets to
